first big bruise....

Poor little T fell on her head and got a huge goose egg!  It scared me to death!

This is an angle to see how high it came up.  Also you can see her lovely vegetable, cheese, and turkey combination.

Craft Day and Fall Fest

Christy, Sara, and I got together to make some things that we had pinned on Pinterest.
It was great to visit and get crafty.  Very therapeutic!!!

I made T a Christmas tutu and another bright colored tutu.

Then we headed to Fall Fest where Tatum got to play, eat, and swing.  They had great activities that she will definitely enjoy next year like pony rides, face painting and bouncy houses.

They had a great fall background for photos.  Tatum was too busy checking everyone out at this point and not wanting to look at me.

This is one of my favorite pictures!!!  The girls are making silly faces while Tatum looks bored...mad...

~Halloween~

Tatum's first day in her new class was Halloween.  She agreed with
this promotion mainly because her first day she got to eat cookies!
I dropped her off in the new class and she just acted like she was in her old class.

Meredith, one of the other little girls in her class, pointed to her and said, "baby."

She's definitely the smallest and youngest. But that's ok!
They will teach her a lot and hopefully it doesn't involve biting.....

We enjoyed carrying T around in the wagon in the neighborhood.

Aikman and Tatum rode in the wagon.  He was a tiger.

And here's our little ghost.  I worked on her saying BOO but it was a no go.

Here's the family.  Kaity was a lady bug.  Ally a cowgirl.  Camden was Spider Man.
Aikman a tiger.  All along with MeeMee and Papa

Tatum Turns 1

She loooooved her chocolate cupcake with pink icing!

T loves all of her new toys, including this lawn mower which sings to her.

I took her picture by the front door on her birthday.  She wore a onesie that Aunt T got her.

Another one of her favorite gifts was this wagon.  She loves going for walks and now that it's not 100+ degrees outside, we can go on walks every day.  She holds on with two hands as if she's worried to fall out.

Tatum and Lizzie had their first bath time!!!!  Momentous occasion.  The guys were just chatty Kathy's so Rachel and I had to multitask and get the girls ready to sleep.  Lizzie wasn't sure about the whole sitting up in a big tub, but she handled it like a champ.  Tatum loves to suck the water out of the rags...weird.  I know.

Matt and April are preparing for baby Ava to arrive.  Tatum has gotten to test out her rocking poodle which she enjoyed thoroughly.  Also tonight she ate in Ava's high chair.  She can't wait to meet Ava!

Maybe T will be a tennis player one day like her parents?!?!
How cute is she in her Keds and Polo dress??

Fun Day Care Times

SOOO much has been going on lately!  This is T in her pretty purple!!  She's getting good at posing and smiling on cue.

Tatum's now 1 year old!  Her sweet teacher, Shelly, made her a cute hat and got her a present.  They had cookies in honor of her birthday too.

Enjoying her cookie....

Shelly will send funny pictures throughout the day.  This one came first with all of the food.

Then this text came with her....she finished it....like a champ!!

Tatum's now waving!!  At first she simply did the hand out and up.  Now, there's some motion!
She loves going on buggy rides throughout the day.

Now here are some of the lovely "Day Care Spare" pictures.

This shirt was a size 6...

This is my personal favorite.  On the back in a sharpie marker it says "Return to Mrs. Connie's class."
I literally laughed out loud when I saw her in this number.

The BEACH!

Tatum got to go to the beach!!  The car ride wasn't very fun.  She is now so mobile that she didn't understand that she couldn't get out of her car seat and roam around the car.  She was happy sometimes during the ride....such as the picture above.

She did sleep some.....

The sand wasn't her favorite.  The ocean freaked her out a bit as well.

The beach was beautiful!!  The sand was white and the water was blue!

We spent one afternoon at the outlet mall.  Tatum shopped until she dropped....and here's the picture....

We had a nice pool all to ourselves!

In true JuJu fashion, we had to make a trip by Jo Ann's fabric.  I found this tiara for Tatum to play with while we shopped.  She hates to have things on her head now for some reason.

Tatum loves her Tuffy!!

11 months

Tatum has grown so much in the last month!!  She is now loving table food.  She will eat pretty much anything that she's able to grab herself.  She's not a big fan of being fed.  I guess that you could say she's "Miss Independent"

Here's Tatum enjoying some tea!

Thankfully, she's now mastered the sippy cup and a straw!!  We've tried many different cups and finally found one that works.

Tatum's crawling all over the place.  She has figured out how to take the baby proofing electric socket stuffers out on her own.  She's pulling up on everything!

She can clap, say Mama, Dada, yeah, and make a motor boat sound.
We are working on the parts of her face.
Sleeping in is not one of Tatum's favorite things to do.  Usually she's up by 7.

10 Month Pictures

Since T is finally sitting up well, we had her pictures taken by Eric.  He works with Philip and is incredibly talented.  He has a great eye and an awesome camera.

I loved every single picture but here are a few.

This one with the tea cup is on her first birthday invitation.
She's having a "T" party since we call her T.

Now here are just a few other random pictures from the last month.

Tatum has been doing SO well with food.  Her 1.5 tooth can apparently chew much more than we had anticipated.  She loves her morning granola bars.  If I let her eat it herself, she will make a complete MESS!  (see below)

Ally had her birthday this month at Mee-Mee and PaPa's house.  They are now officially moving back from Florida and we are very excited about the kids getting to know Tatum better.
Tatum got to wear a tiara at the Barbie party.

This picture is from a few months back when Tatum was still in the baby class.  It's classic because Mrs. Annie who was Tatum's favorite person (She probably loved Mrs. Annie more than us at one point in time) would pull Tatum's skirt up so high all the time so I had to get a snap shot of it for memories....

Notice the skirt is empire waist....

Lola + Tatum = BFF

When Philip and I got Lola, we really did not anticipate her being as hyper as she ended up being.  We also did not anticipate having a child so soon after we got her.

Luckily Lola has taken a liking to Tatum.  Lola is much better about letting us put bows and such on her head....Tatum these days HATES her bows and shoes.  I'm not sure what we are going to do about it either!

We were trying to catch a picture of them loving on each other.

Tatum loves to get in the kennel!

Sometimes they get in the kennel together....

Daddy's Girl

Tatum loves her Dada.  Philip is great to watch Tatum so that I can go to girl's nights once a week.  Now that she has to go to bed so early, she can't hold out too long on Tuesday nights.

Here are a few of their special times.

Tatum thought it was hilarious when Philip put his hat on her head.  This is one of the FEW things that she will allow to stay on her head.

They love to hug!

She's a good snuggler....
