We went to the OR just a little after 12. I quickly got my spinal block. The first stab missed and he said "oops." At 12:28 Georgia made it. At about 12:25 Philip's phone died and we thought we would miss all of the pictures but Dr. Waterfallen and Dr. Robinson said not to worry that he could run and get my phone so we could have pictures of it all.
As soon as she went to be checked out, Philip followed and snapped some great shots. Here she is holding his finger tightly. As soon as they started to deliver her, her eyes were wide open and she was wanting to check everything out. Similar to Tatum! I guess I have some nosy girls. Also everyone was quick to say she has red hair!
The anesthesiologist snapped this pic and a few others. They were all chatting about LSU football and such. He was also about to meet someone about getting his son's new car for his birthday.
Tatum is checking out Georgia's hands here.
All of our bands
Notice she has only been out in the world a matter of minutes and she is already trying to put her hands in her mouth!
Tatum was very interested in sister. Philip went and got her after her nap. Juju and Tuffy took her to gymnastics that night with a new leotard and leg warmers. Pink of course
Me and my girls
This is one of my favorite pictures from the day. Candid shot from anesthesia.
We are so thankful for Dr. Waterfallen. He's such a caring doctor who truly loves delivering babies. Notice he's very proud to show a mom her baby. He doesn't care about the picture :)
