Valentine's Day

Tatum was very sweet this Valentine's Day and brought a king cake to day care for all of her teachers to enjoy.  She looked soooo cute in her pink and red heart pants from JuJu and Tuffy.  MeeMee and Papa got her a cute dress for this summer and a hello kitty doll  We enjoyed a casual night at home and ate some red beans and rice.
We tried to have a little photo shoot in her outfit but she's more interested in kicking her feet and eating her shirt.......

Tatum's first cold

So....Making it 5 months through the winter....at daycare....being premature....pretty long stretch without a cold!  Our little angel has her first cold virus.  Lots of coughing, runny nose, fever, and one projectile vomit!!  Thankfully MeeMee and Papa took her to Dr. Cush-John this am.  Blood work and a flu swab later they concluded she had a run of the mill cold virus.  The funniest part of everything thus far was last night for sure.  Philip was sleeping on edge because he was so worried about her.  She coughed suddenly in the middle of the night and Philip jumped up as if the house was on fire!  I told him it was ok....it was just a cough.

Also we now know that Tatum has rosy cheeks with fever.  Sooo cute but then again I know it's because she has fever. We also now know she weighs 11lbs 13oz.  Growing well!!

5 months!

Tatum is now 5 months old!  This past month, for some reason, she has decided to wake up in the middle of the night.  Not sure why but we haven't been sleeping through the night this month.  Tatum rolled over for the first time the other night and afterwards.....smiled so big!  She knew she had done something new.  It was priceless!

Highlights

-Weight is probably 11lbs
-Eating 4 oz every 3 hours.  In fact they timed you taking a bottle the other day and it was 3 minutes. ;)
-At night you take 6 oz with a little rice cereal in the bottle.
-You are wearing size 1 diapers and have pretty much grown out of all of your newborn clothes.  Mostly wearing 3 month clothes now
-You are getting better at tummy time
-Smiling and laughing A LOT!
-You still loooove your hands

Tatum went to Florida!  Philip wanted to see Shalane so bad that he volunteered to drive alone with her 8 hours to Pensacola.  Here are some pics!
